All our employees are trained to ensure a high standard of clean is achieved every time whether this is needed as part of a support package or a separate stand-alone contract. All our staff are enhance checked for criminal backgrounds. T&J aim to please so you can rest assured that every detail will have been taken care of leaving you returning to a fresh and relaxing home.

Our companions provide emotional support as clients heal or cope with disabilities, aging, sickness, or surgery. They will take care of basic housekeeping, prepare meals, remind clients to take medication, help clients engage in activities and social events, and perform other tasks to help clients feel safe and supported. Our team all have strong communication and planning skills and are willing to meet the physical demands of the position and comply with all safety, medical, and dietary directions.

Our support workers help vulnerable people to live their lives as independently as possible. We support people in reaching their potential, through both practical and emotional support. The type of care we provide will be tailored to the needs of the individual with the aim to improve their quality of life, achieve their goals and make a very real and positive difference to their lives. We work both independently and as part of a team, in a variety of different settings, such as in the individual’s own home, in a family members home or out in the community. We are trained to pick up on subtle signs in mood changes and know when our clients need extra support. Our team are calm patient and used to dealing with stressful situations circumstances and area all trained to diffuse these situations.

We support in all aspects of day-to-day living, helping our service users to take care of themselves and live a fulfilled life. Different people will need support for different reasons. For instance, they may have mental health needs, learning disabilities, medical conditions or physical disabilities. Helping to access community facilities and be included in community groups, helping clients to understand their communication needs and adapting our communication to each individual, e.g. sounds, tones, body language.Helping our clients to work with other professionals, such as doctors and therapists, to ensure consistency of support. Our aim is becoming both a role model and companion to the individual and uncovering shared interests, such as hobbies and outings.

We can provide support to attend meetings with medical professionals, benefit advisors, housing teams or anything else that you may need help with. Whether it's support to deal with complex situations and discussions or just assistance and support to get to meetings, we can help. There are many different reason for needing assistance but rest assured we are trained to pick up on subtle signs in mood changes and know when our clients need extra support. As always, our team are cool and collected and used to dealing with stressful situations.

We meet the personal needs of our service users meeting the care, support and daily living needs set out in our assessments. We can prompt personal care, encourage health and wellbeing, prepare meals, help with finances and correspondence, help around the home, laundry, bed changing and many other areas.
